Ingredients:
- Flounder / Pangasius - 4 pieces (peeled and without bone)
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces (cut into rings)
- Bell pepper, grilled - 100 grams (finely cut into strips)
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Green olives - 12 pcs
- parsley
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Salt and pepper the cleaned fish.Heat oil in a large frying pan and lay down scales. Cook 6-8 minutes on medium heat. Turn over and brown the other side. Put the chopped olives, tomatoes and pepper on the fish. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour the fish wine. Give time to soak in alcohol. Add the salt.
Sprinkle with parsley. Turn off the heat.
Lightly sprinkle the fish with olive oil before serving.
