Salmon With Orange Jam Recipe
Ingredients:
- Salmon - 500g
- Orange - 1 piece.
- Orange marmalade -2 Art. l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
- Coriander (ground) - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame (seeds) for dusting
How to cook:
1. Squeeze the juice from the orange.2. Mix the juice, mustard, orange marmalade, soy sauce and coriander.
3. Put the fish portioned slices in a baking dish, pour the marinade.
4. Leave on for half an hour.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and place in a preheated oven for 180°c, 15 minutes.
6. Serve the fish hot with your favorite side dish.
