How to cook:

1 For the dough you need to mix 2.5 teaspoons dry yeast 120 ml lukewarm milk and one cup (250 ml) flour, cover and set aside.
Mix 100 grams of butter, 3 tablespoons sugar and a generous pinch of salt in a mixer to a smooth consistency.
Add two eggs one at a time, mix well. Add 1.25 cups of flour and mix with yeast lag. Mix until uniform.
2 Form rolls, cover them with a damp towel or greased foil and leave to double the volume.
3 Bake at 180 degrees 15 minutes (depending on size).

4 I sliced fish's so convenient pieces. Then fry over high heat on all sides.
5 From these ingredients I made the sauce. It is well suited for fish, try it and you.
In general, in a mortar and mash with half the garlic cloves with salt, add the boiled potatoes, mash, pour the lemon juice (not from a lemon, of course, to taste), stir. Take the whip and, whisking, slowly pour in the olive oil (I added a little truffle for fun) until the desired consistency.
6 I then added to the sauce a little mascarpone and heavy cream to soften the taste, but if you are one of those who mixes for vinaigrette lemon juice and oil in a ratio of 2: 3, then leave it as is.
7 Collect and eat!
