Ingredients: 

  • 8 skewers 
  • 900 g salmon cut into pieces 
  • 3-4 lemons 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • salt and pepper 
For the sauce 
  • 2 cups of yogurt 
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped 
  • juice of 1 lemon 
  • 3 cloves of garlic, squeeze 
  • 2 tablespoons dill 
  • salt and pepper 
Grilled Salmon On Skewers Recipe

How to cook: 

Soak the skewers in water for at least an hour. Heat the grill to medium heat.
Place the salmon, alternating it with lemon (on each skewer 5-6 pieces).
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Squeeze half a lemon on top.


Put the skewers on the grill and cook for 3 minutes until cooked salmon. Remove the skewers from the grill and wait for about 5 minutes (the fish still continues to prepare).
Serve with sauce and lemon.

For the sauce, grate the cucumber grated and mixed with other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
