Ingredients:

  • Pasta (penne Rigat) - 400 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mushrooms (fresh) - 250 g
  • Garlic (optional) - 2 cloves
  • Leek (white part) - 1 pc.
  • Oregano (dry) - 1/2 tsp
  • Cherry - 250 g
  • Chicken fillet - 250 g
  • Parsley - a small beam
  • Dry white wine - 50 ml
  • Cheese (grated) - 50 g



Preparation:

1. In a saucepan, boil the pasta to cook the mushrooms for a minute. Change the water, add salt, boil and cook pasta for 3 minutes less than indicated in the package.

2. In a skillet with olive oil fry the chopped onion, mushrooms. Add chicken, cut into thin slices, pour the white wine and a little evaporated.

3. Cherry tomatoes cut in half and add to the skillet with a little water from cooking pasta. Cook 2 minutes.

4. Boiled pasta sauce and a shift to cook for 2-3 minutes. Pasta on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
