Ingredients:
- Minced beef - 250 g
- Minced pork - 250 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Cream 20% - 200-300 ml.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Boiled potatoes (chilled) - 2 pcs.
- Bread crumbs - 50 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Salt and pepper - to taste
For the sauce:
- Broth (or water) - 200 ml
- Cream 20% - 200 ml
- Soy sauce - 0.5-1 tablespoons
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt, white pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Finely chop onion and fry in butter.
2. Boiled, cooled potato mash with puree.
3. Stir until smooth stuffing: two kinds of meat, fried onions, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, egg and cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Form of minced meat balls, roll in flour and fry over low heat in vegetable oil.
5. For the sauce: In a saucepan bring to a boil broth (or water), stir in cream 1 tablespoon flour. Cream in a thin stream pour in the boiling broth (water), whisking whisk to avoid lumps formed. Add soy sauce, salt to taste, bring to a boil, remove from heat.
6. We serve the meatballs, watering sauce, cranberry (cranberry) jam, served with boiled potatoes or "free", as well as with green lettuce, with salted or pickled cucumbers!
