Ingredients:

  • Ground pork - 450 g
  • Ground beef - 450 g
  • Broth - 100 ml
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Grated cheese - 100g
  • Bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive Oil - 30 ml
  • Bread crumbs or crackers - 70 g
  • A mixture of Italian herbs - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • A mixture of pepper - to taste




Preparation:

1. Make minced pork and beef.

2. Mix the pork and ground beef.

3. Add the bread crumbs or crackers.

4. Add all the spices and garlic.
