Chicken Salad With Grapes Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast, boiled without skin and bones - 1 piece.
- Walnuts or pecans - 60 g
- Red grapes - 200 g
- Celery (stem) - 2 pcs.
For the filling:
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
- Honey - 3 tbsp
- Mack - 1 tsp
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation:
1. Preparation of the filling: Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
2. Coarsely chop the nuts and fry them in a pan without oil on medium-medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Celery clean and cut into small pieces. Grapes, if large, cut in half. Chicken cut into small pieces.
4. Add the chicken to the nuts, grapes and celery, season the sauce and mix. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
