Ingredients:

Pesto:
  • Arugula - 2 cups
  • Walnuts - ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
  • Olive oil - ¼ cup
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
slaves:
  • Tilapia fillets - 4 pcs
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 1/3 cup


How to cook:

Pesto:
In a blender grind arugula, place chopped nuts, squeeze the garlic. Whisk, add the Parmesan, salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil and mix.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish with oil. Put the fish fillets in the dish, put 1.5 tablespoons of pesto on each fillet. Close the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Bake for about 10 minutes.
