Ingredients:
- Salmon Steak
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon zest - 1-1 / 2 tsp
- Fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cream sauce:
- Low-fat yogurt - 1/3 cup
- Mayonnaise - 3st. l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chopped fresh dill - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 2-3 tsp
- Honey - 1/2 tsp
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice.
3. Put the salmon form. Salt and pepper on both sides. Evenly pour the lemon mixture on top.
4. Leave to infuse at room temperature for 10 minutes, then bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
5. For the sauce: In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, dill, honey and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. When the salmon is cool, pour it sauce and serve.
