Zwiebelkuchen Onion Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
(form 22 cm)- 400-500 gr. puff pastry (homemade or purchased)
- 3 large onions
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 100 gr. hard cheese
- ground black pepper
- vegetable fat
How to cook:
1.5 hours before cooking, thaw at room temperature, flaky pastry.Need to clean 3 large onions from the husk and cut them into half rings. In vegetable oil fry the onion until golden brown.
Season the onions in the frying ground black pepper.
Cooking fill - whisk the eggs with sour cream.
Rub on a coarse grater cheese and add it to the egg mixture - mix.
