Ingredients:
- 500 g smoked salmon
- 2 ripe avocados
- 675 grams of cottage cheese
- 2-3 teaspoons wasabi
- juice of half a lemon
- bundle of spinach
- salt and pepper
- sesame
Preparation:
Ripe avocado, mix with cottage cheese. Add wasabi, salt and pepper.Put the sliced salmon on the mat (original roll 2), the laid cling film. Put on top of spinach leaves,
spread cottage cheese. Twist roll and put it in this form in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving. Before serving, cut into small rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
