Ingredients: 

  • Liver (beef or chicken) -500 g 
  • Wheat flour, 200 g 
  • Eggs-3 pc. 
  • Onions -2 pcs. 
  • Sour cream or mayonnaise-200 g 
  • dill 
  • parsley 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


How to cook: 

Liver wash, drain off the water. Prepared liver mince. Put the hepatic mass in a bowl, add eggs, flour. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. mixture the consistency should be like on pancakes.
