Dorado With Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Dorado fish on 450 each;
- sea salt and a few sprigs of basil to add flavor to the fish;
- tomatoes, zucchini and turnips - will do to fish small vegetable side dish;

Preparation:

Oven set at 240 degrees. two fish at 450 g for 20 minutes will be enough.
While the fish will be baked, you can prepare a side dish of vegetables: zucchini, tomatoes and turnips. zucchini and turnips cut into strips, tomatoes - quartered.
