Ingredients: 

  • Wheat flour - 1 tbsp. 
  • Butter - 100 g 
  • Eggs - 4 pcs. 
  • Green onion - 3 bunches 
  • Smoked salmon - 150 g 
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp. 
  • Ground black pepper - to taste 
  • Salt - to taste 


Preparation: 

1 Butter chop with flour, then add the egg and salt. Knead the dough. Put it on 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
2 green onions chopped, sauté in butter, salt and pepper and cool.
3 salmon fillets cut into strips and mix with onions.
The remaining 4 eggs mixed with sour cream, salt and pepper.
5 Roll out the dough into the reservoir, put in a greased form, slightly raised edge. On top of the dough to put pieces of salmon with onions and pour the egg mixture.
6 Bake at a power higher than the average of 6 minutes.
