Ingredients: 

  • Wheat flour - 1.5 cups 
  • Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. 
  • Soda - 1 hr. 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. 
  • Sugar - 200 grams 
  • Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup 
  • Vanilla sugar - 0.5 
  • Salt - 1 pinch 
  • Water - 200 ml. 
  • Soluble coffee - 0.5 tsp. 


How to cook: 

1. In a large bowl, mix dry products: flour, salt, baking soda, cocoa powder. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil and sugar, add instant coffee, lemon juice and water. Whisk mixer until the sugar is dissolved. Then, the dry mix of the dough pouring liquid and thoroughly mixed using a mixer or beater familiar to many.
2. Instead of cocoa dark chocolate can be used, it needs to be a chocolate bar melted in a water bath, and add to the ready dough.
3. Then Preheat the oven to 180 °. Baking tray or baking dish with butter and grease lightly with flour or semolina. Pour the prepared batter and send the form to the oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
4. Ready cake completely cooled, if desired interlayer cream (any), sprinkle with cocoa powder, powdered sugar and grated chocolate. Pie cut into portions and slices served with cup of unsweetened tea or coffee, as enough sugar in the cake.
