Ingredients: 

  • 3 kg of eviscerated chicken 
  • 100g softened butter 
  • Spices (oregano, coriander, nutmeg, allspice black) 
  • herbs 
  • 250 g bread crumbs 
  • 3 lemons 
  • salt 


Preparation: 

Preheat oven to 180ยบ C.
Chicken carcass rinse with cold water, pat dry with a paper towel. Rub with salt.
