Satisfying and very tasty casserole - if we add a light salad, you get a full dinner.

Ingredients: 

  • 400 g minced turkey 
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 600 grams of potatoes 
  • 1 onion 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 150 g sour cream 
  • 1 cup flour 
  • 1 cup grated cheese 
  • red pepper to taste 
  • ground black pepper to taste 
  • salt to taste

How to cook: 

1 Place the ground turkey in a bowl, peel the garlic and squeeze it into the stuffing. Season with salt, black pepper and paprika to taste and mix. There also add the egg, sour cream and 1/4 cup of flour and mix well.

2 Peel the potatoes and grate on it on a coarse grater. In the same capacity grate onion. Put the grated potatoes and onions in a colander and set the colander in a bowl for 10-15 minutes to stack the extra juice.


3 Put the potatoes and onions back into the bowl, add the remaining eggs and season with black pepper and salt and stir. Add the remaining 3/4 cup of flour and knead the dough.

7 Sprinkle cake top with grated cheese and put back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

8 Remove the finished cake from the mold, cut into pieces and serve hot.
