Ingredients:
- 150 g of whole wheat pasta (if not, feel free to use the usual)
- 100 g ricotta
- fresh broccoli
- young asparagus (ideally, but you can use mature)
- pinch of salt
- olive oil
Preparation:
1.Put water in a saucepan, add salt and olive oil. Cook the pasta for about 6 minutes.
2. Direct pasta add broccoli and asparagus, cook together for another 3 minutes. Recline in a colander.
3.Put pasta with vegetables back into the saucepan, add the ricotta. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
