Ingredients:
- Tilapia fillets or carp - 4 pcs.
- Lemon - ½ pc.
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. In a medium-sized bowl squeeze the garlic through a press.
2. Add the juice of half a lemon and melted butter.
3. Then add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
4. Whisk until smooth to spice mix well.
5. Fish fillet prepare lay out on a baking sheet (if you are not a form of non-stick, in this case it is better to lay the foil). Fillet grease sauce.
6. Place the pan in the preheated oven to 190 degrees for 6-8 minutes, then increase the temperature and bake for about 3-5 minutes until fish is thoroughly matte (non-transparent).
