Ingredients:

  • Jasmine rice - 400 g
  • Chicken fillet - 2 pcs. (About 400 g)
  • Mushrooms - 500 g
  • Pepper - 1 large (preferably red)
  • Chili pepper - 1/2 pod (or 1 / 3ch. Dried chilli flakes)
  • Onions - 1 head
  • Cilantro - a small beam (about 50 g)
  • Ginger - 1 tsp grated fresh root
  • Juice - 1/2 lemon
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil - for frying


Preparation:

1. Boil the rice: In a saucepan pour 700 ml of water, bring to a boil, add the rice and stir. as soon as the boil - fire abated to a minimum and cook, covered about 12-14 minutes (to soak up all the water).

2. While rice cooks to prepare the remaining ingredients: chicken breast cut into cubes, mushrooms - plates, pepper - julienne, onion - half rings, coarsely chopped cilantro.

3. In wok or deep frying pan on a conventional hot oil to fry the chicken until cooked, put in a bowl and set aside.

5. In a pan put the mushrooms and fry them until tender.

6. To add a field mushroom chicken, onions and peppers, cilantro, lemon juice, grated ginger, and salt. Mix well.

7. Put the vegetables and chicken rice, stir and warm together for 1-2 minutes.
