Ingredients:

  • Broth - 500 ml
  • Cream 10% - 500 ml
  • Cheese - 200-300 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Broccoli - 300 g
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg


Preparation:

1. First, fry the chopped onions, carrots cut into slices or grate.

2. Broccoli prepare, you can use fresh or frozen.

3. In a pan melt the butter necessary, add to it the flour and, stirring constantly, bring to a golden brown in a couple of minutes (during this time will take the taste of flour).
