Ingredients:
For the dough:- 60 gr. flour
- 1 egg
- 140 ml. buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 gr. dried apricots
- 200 gr. prunes
- 200 gr. dried figs
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 pinch of almond
- 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
How to cook:
1 Mix the flour, egg, buttermilk, butter and salt - knead the batter and set it aside.2 Put the dried fruit and vanilla bean in a saucepan with water. Boil for 5 minutes.
3 Cook the pancakes in a frying pan, turning them over when ready.
4 Before serving, turn pancakes letter envelopes, put the filling of dried fruit inside. Decorate the dish with a spoon of yogurt, honey and almond flakes.
