Ingredients: 

  • crab sticks - 200 grams 
  • hard cheese - 200-250 grams 
  • Garlic - 2-4 cloves 
  • Milk - 140 ml 
  • eggs - two pieces 
  • Flour - 80-100 grams 
  • sour cream - 150-200 grams 
  • lemon juice - 1-2 tsp. 
  • parsley - to taste 
  • mayonnaise - to taste 
  • salt - to taste 
  • black pepper - to taste 
  • vegetable oil - for frying 


Preparation: 

filling: 
1 Cheese grate, cloves of garlic, wash, clean, skip through the spadefoot, then add a little mayonnaise and mix well.
2 Crab sticks gently expand, put the filling and roll up into a stick, giving it its original shape.

batter: 
3 egg whites from the yolks separate and store in the refrigerator. Mash yolks with salt. After that, pour the milk to the yolks and whisk lightly.

4 Then gradually add the flour and knead the dough. After this, chilled whites whisk in dense foam and add to batter. Mix gently and dip cooked crab sticks.

5 After that, in a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the crab sticks. Fried crab sticks carefully remove from the oil and passed on to a paper towel to remove excess fat.

sauce: 
6 remaining garlic, wash, clean and chop through the spadefoot. Greens wash, pat dry and chop. After that, all combine, add sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well.

7 Before serving, ready crab sticks in batter on a plate and pour the cooked sauce.
