Ingredients: 

for the dough:
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese,
  • 4 egg yolks,
  • 80 g of sugar,
  • 4.1 tsp salt.
For the filling: 
  • 200 g cherries,
  • 3-4 apples,
  • 120 g of sugar,
  • 40 grams of cognac,
  • butter for frying
  • cinnamon to taste.


Preparation: 

1 For the dough combine all the ingredients, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove pits from cherries and let stand for a while, so they let the juice.
2 Apple peel and core, cut into cubes and lightly fry in a frying pan, add the cinnamon and brandy. Then combine with cherries and add sugar.
3 Roll out the dough on parchment paper with a thin layer, then put the stuffing on it and smooth it. Dough stuffed with a roll to roll and place in preheated 180 degree oven.
4 Bake for 35 minutes, then allow to cool strudel.
